I went in for an oil change (first timer) and ended up waiting 3 hours. Jordan worked on my car and despite the long wait, I wasn't upset. He kept me updated, apologized, and was very kind. This Nissan location is amazing! I have taken my car to this dealer multiple times and every single service person is nice, and I that they listen to my concerns. John Schampier, service manager, is the nicest guy and will bend over backwards to get your car completed early! They usually have service loaners for longer visits.
