Sent an inquiry about leasing a Nissan ariya, and Ray Ishak sent me a transparent and detailed breakdown of the numbers. One of the best if not the best experience I've had across all the dealerships I talked to. Many other dealers would try to make you come in person or make you really fight tooth and nail before giving you an out-the-door price over email.

Major front end problems. Crew diagnosed several broken or missing items. Had the parts, made the repairs all in a reasonable amount of time. Found more than I thought was wrong for which I thank them.
This appt was for a buyers inspection. Shortly after departing the dealership the fuel pump failed. I called back to service to see if there were any engine electronic connections they disconnect during the evaluation process of the vehicle, and they indicated the inspection was almost entirely visual, besides connecting a code diagnostic computer under the steering wheel. They did not read a code for the fuel pump, but I was surprised your buyers inspection was not more "performance related diagnostics" in nature like a Dyno Test or cylinder compression testing. We purchased our car from Nissan Everett in Nov 2023. It included a maintenance package (Gold). The technician advised we only had oil change coverage which I believed to be incorrect. He showed me his computer screen, so there is an error in our coverage in the system that will need to be remedied.

The service department at Nissan Everett has always been fantastic and the only reason I keep choosing to go back to a dealership service center over a local shop for the big fixes. Ryan was super helpful and communicative throughout the entire month my car was in the shop (part was on national back order). Hard to trust some mechanic shops, but I’ve never felt taken advantage of here.

5 stars! crazy story. Just got a kitten and she was to fast and got stuck under the steering shaft and behind in the cavity of the radio, 1 hr getting help from others not successful. The shop was Closed and we barely arrived, Jim and Alex WAS PHENOMENAL! They did not hesitate and stayed committed to helping us. They went over and beyond taking a good 30 min after their shift! Give them a raise or lunch 😀

I take my car in to the dealership about once a year for a check up and some basic maintenance. Its typically a good experience, which is why I keep coming back. I will say that the rear wiper gets missed pretty regularly on the check ups, whereas the front wipers never get missed. Maybe add that to the check list? Anyway, I pointed it out this time and they promptly replaced the wiper blade, even though it takes a special tool that took a minute to track down. Always clean and friendly.
